Ensuring a Fair and Enjoyable Experience for Everyone

To create a fun and fair environment for all players, please adhere to the following rules while playing on our server.

General Conduct:

1. Be Respectful: Always treat fellow players, staff, and the community with kindness and respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or abuse is strictly prohibited.

2. Promote Positivity: Help maintain an inclusive and friendly atmosphere. Avoid using excessive profanity, offensive language, or behavior that disrupts others' enjoyment.

3. Play Honestly: Cheating, using bots, exploiting bugs, or any unfair methods to gain an advantage are not allowed.

4. Keep Your Account Secure: Never share your account or password with anyone. Report any suspicious activity to staff immediately.

5. Respect the Staff Team: The staff works hard to provide a great experience. Please respect their decisions and actions.

6. Staff Moderation: Our team may take action on behavior not explicitly listed in the rules if it's deemed harmful or inappropriate. Use common sense, and understand that we aim to maintain a healthy environment for everyone.

In-Game Behavior:

1. No Spamming: Don’t flood chat channels or use disruptive text effects.

2. No Trolling: Do not provoke others, interrupt gameplay, or cause distress to other players.

3. No Advertising: Promoting other servers, services, or websites without staff permission is not allowed.

4. No Staff Impersonation: Do not claim to be a staff member or mislead others about your role or authority.

Gameplay Rules:

1. No Bug Exploits: Using glitches or bugs for personal gain is forbidden. Report any bugs you find to the staff.

2. Real Money Trading (RMT): Buying or selling in-game items or currency for real-world money is allowed but in on your risk.

3. No AFK Farming: Using bots, macros, or auto-clickers for unattended gameplay is not allowed. Bot checks are in place, and failure to respond will result in penalties.

4. Avoid Gambling: Gambling is strongly discouraged due to the risks of scams and item loss. The staff is not responsible for lost items caused by gambling.

5. Third-Party Software: Using, promoting, or discussing third-party tools that alter or interfere with regular gameplay is not allowed.

6. Scamming and Hacking: Any form of scamming or hacking is taken seriously. While staff may punish offenders, lost items may not be recovered. Players are responsible for securing their own accounts and belongings.

Consequences for Rule Violations:

• Warnings: Minor infractions may result in verbal or written warnings.

• Temporary Bans: More serious violations may lead to a temporary suspension.

• Permanent Bans: Repeated or major offenses may result in permanent removal from the server.

Appeals:

• If you believe you were punished unfairly, you may submit an appeal to the staff for review.

Additional Notes:

• Staff members have the right to interpret and enforce rules as necessary.

• Rules may be updated at any time. It’s your responsibility to stay informed.

• Not knowing the rules is not a valid excuse for breaking them.
